si vs gs

you think i could by chance beat a '00 si (stock) v. '00 GS i/e/h? and did i mention the GS is auto

u have a chance, jus depends on the driver.

if he is competent, then no....its not looking too good for u.

off the line, u should have him, but 2nd gear is going to be tough to hold onto, and then 3rd, it should be over...

ur looking at a mid-15 second car compared to a low-mid 16 second car.

how about, unless he's completely NOT competant you probably wont win.. whats the HP spec on the 3rd gen GS's?

i twice beat an 00 si (different driver each time in the si) w/ my 91 integra LS w/ a b16a1 mods--> header 2.5 exsaust n-1 muff, short ram intake, k&n air filter, he had cold air intake

uhm, no offense, but that is a bit beside the point.

that is the same motor in a lighter car with MORE modifications, so u SHOULD beat him.

this is a car w/ less power (bit more torque), weighs around the same and an auto vs manual (honda auto's are known to be dog's)

The Si will win if he has the same or better skills than you. Your i/h/e probably added about 10hp, but your car's heavier than his and his high end vtec hp will pull him away from you..

you also have an automatic. its going to take i/h/e just to get you to the same speed as the 5spd. automatic trannies are very detrimental to performance in the area of racing.
