1988 Range Rover tire set-up info please

Hello folks I need some info in what’s the meatiest tire setup one can put in a stock ride height on a 1988 Range Rover county? I going to be getting some tires very soon and was thinking of getting a 245-75-16… a buddy of mine put some on his Rover of the same make and model but forgot want size it was being it was a few years back. Can anyone out there give me some info on some different setups out there? Thanks
