how to chop cars.
I know this is stupid but im new.I was wonderin how to chop cars.It looks cool and i would like to try it.Please explain it to me.

try going to photoshopchop.com and then sign up and go to the forums, then go to their tutorials as they have alot there. Also there used to be a site called Photoshopjunkie, but thats been down for along time.
