What do you think is the best sport compact car for around 20K. I was going to get the SRT-4, but with the price increase, it's starting to get expensive. I'm also considering the new Saturn Redline or Mitsubishi Ralliart. I need a reliable car that will last as I drive alot for work.

Maybe you choose between Honda (civic) and Toyota (corolla /matrix), these two brands are known for their reliability and they many of their vehicles are American-made
Also with the New Mazda 3 coming out, Mazda is clearing out their 2003 Protege offering 0% APR for $2,500 customer cash.

also you might want to ask for your friend's experiences if they own/owned any brands which you have listed
