88-89 bumpers on to 90-91???

Do you guys know if you can fit an 88-89 (4dr) bumper front/back on to a 90-91 (4dr) without any moddifications? I want to do this so I can do the EF9 reline on the mouldings.

I know you can do it on the hatch. However, the 90/91 bumper was slightly longer near the fender well.
