Body Kit Question for REX

I am lookin into a full body kit for my CRX. What I am wondering is do the sideskirts connect to the rocker panels under the car or do they just connect to the side of the car? I am wondering this because my rockers are shot i am lookin into those but 300 dollars intallation and 100 for the rockers themselves i dont know...But do the skirts connect to the body or the rockers?

the skirts i have, connect to the same mounting points as the stock ones did, they are bolted underneath the car, as well as inside the door jam.
