Will those even fit on the stock rims?
Height wise they shouldn't be much of a problem, within 3/4 of a mm at any rate, but dunno on the extra width. I looked at a set of Kumho's from Tire Rack, but got talked out of them and went with a set of Coopers- the normal 235s that is. |

Re: 255/55-16
255/55/16's will not fit on the stock wheel and I think that width will contact the coil spring base on any rim, but not positive.

I use 225 60 16, they have less of a reveal than the 235's I only found that out when i had to buy new tires right then at the spot and all they had was 235, but I like them alot. of course I'll never buy tires new they are too expensive, I always ask for used and they are practically brand new only like 15 to 20% have been used on them so I get a whole set for like 90 to 100. really cheep and I get like toyo, michelin, all the name brands.
