99-00 Civic SI prices

I currently own a 98 mitsu Eclipse and I can probably get 11-12k easy for it. Im wondering how much a 99-00 Civic SI goes for on the street. Do the SIs tend to stay near KBB value? Or jump high like an Eclipse , supra, rx7..
