Right now i'm running a 185/70R13 and i wouldn't go any bigger than that personally. I don't know if many people are still runnin 13's so good luck on getting other opinions.

I'm runnin 13's man, and to tell you the truth, I've had 185/70R13's and I really like em, little taller, wider, but they grip more later on down the road. I have more than a 2 inch drop, and they filled in the fender gap better, and they gripped better, and if theyre cheaper, go for it. However, you get what you pay for. I mean, if youre going to get new wheels soon, get cheapies, but if youre going to have these for a while, save up and get a good tire man, really, it'll be worth it.

By the way, whats 38 canadian in US?

175/80 would probably be fine. If they're cheap, get them. I picked up some 175/70/14s today for $52 (cdn) each. Snow tires baby.

80, that's a lot of sidewall, should make cornering rather interesting.
