advice on a after market muffler
whats goin on guys i am lookin for a after market muffler that will make my car sound nice and not like a lawn mower or go kart. i want somehting kinda deep sounding. please let me know what kind to get and where to get it. and is gettin mufflers on ebay worth it.

hey, ive got a magnaflow race series catback exhaust on my car (98 jetta vr6) and im always getting compliments on how nice it sounds...it sounds deep and it gets me a lot of attention, plus i gained a quite a bit of hp as well

YOU WANT BORLA DEFINATLY BORLA. it will have that low deep flow that only a VW audi and porche can have. mmm the sound of a deep Borla. Ahhh!!! *squirt*

Well it sounds like people are reccomending the Borla mufflers. I have a Techtinics Tuning Cat back with the Dynomax muffler, and I love it. I would definately recomend Techtonics Tuning, go with their cat back with Borla, and if you can afford the stainless steel go for it. I bought the aluminized version, but if you plan on keeping the car, go Stainless.
