Headlight assembly 91 CRX

How do I change the headlight assembly in a 91 CRX. I cannot find all the bolts to pull off the old one and wonder if I have to pull the bumper. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

yes you need to remove the bumper to get the lights off, their are 4 bolts holding the lights on, 2 on top, one on the side, and one behind the front bumper.

to remove the front bumper, unscrew 4 screws in the fenders(two per side) then remove the bumper lights, and un bolt the 2 bolts that are up and down from each other right in front of you on both sides, 4 of those all together, then the bumper pulls right off.

Re: Headlight assembly 91 CRX

That did the trick, i am helping a freind with redoing a lot of things on the car, we have already put on new tailights and rear bumper. Now time to do the front, it is his daily driver so we are only going a step at a time, later this winter we are going to put in a new engine, but for now we are doing the exterior portions. I will post a picture with the new halo lights as soon as we get it all done.

thanks for the help
