tire?

i have a 99 silverado stepside 2WD regular cab and i was wondering what the biggest size tire i could put on it without a lift? i currently have 245/75/16. i also want to use the factory 16 in rims. also, if i add 2 in lift blocks to the rear and 2 in coil spacers to the front what is the biggest size tire i could put on without rub and on the factory rims? thanks.
