anyone else have....

when anyone of you put a header on your tib did you get a check engine light come on? I think its my O2 sensor and if it is can you bypass it or do you have to replace it. Its not doing anything but wasting a little gas but I would like to be aware of anything else that could occur. any help would be appreciated.

thanks

you have to make sure you stick the O2 sensor back in. if you dont, your engine could run rich and your engine would get way to hot and cause damage.

the o2 sensor combines with the MAF sensor to tell your ecu how much fuel to give the engine. if it detects a lot of oxygen, then your car is running lean and it will start to flow more fuel.
