98 eclipse...i need some help...

every time i go up a hill or i press the gas peddle down...the car jumps and pops...i already changed the valve cover gasket and the head gaskets...and the spark plugs...and it stopped doing it for a lil while but now its doing it again... what should i consider doing?

Sounds like spark plug wires, check to see if they are bad and if so get a new set.

to check if they are bad, start the car and with the engine running take the wire off the plug one cylinder at a time, and after you take on off, put it back before taking the next one off. When the wire is just off the plug but still in the spark plug well, if you hear clicking/popping and can see blue sparks jumping around, then the wires are bad.
