two clicks and then engine stops

So this is my daughters car. She says that she rolls over a speed bump and then she hears two clicks an then the engine dies but it will start right up. Then it will double click again and then die it will do this untill it won't start up again. If we leave it alone and try again the next day it will run perfectly for a couple of days.

any ideas?

my only guess is the battery is starting to get bad...i know GM cars are tough on the battery... i live in a humid area and it drains the battery fast.. i have to replace mine every year.

Thanks i appreciate the reply. I removed the fuse for the auto locks and we are back in business!!! I can't believe it was that @$% easy, if you know what i mean!
