enjoying the backroads

i was just wondering whether to put a turbo or supercharger on my civic. i'm not looking for a 1/4 mile that'll suck my eyeballs into the back of my head, i want the best forced induction for backroad driving. straitaways just arn't fun to me. i'm already going through the process of upgrading my chasis and my suspention. i'm just out for the funnest ride possible and need the best pick-up possible.

Agreed. Go GReddy turbo kit, or even Edelbrock kit. Edelbrock is good for 170hp at the wheels or so they claim. Greddy is I think about the same, but at the crank. Either way you'll end up with more power than you would if you got a Jackson Racing supercharger kit which isn't as reliable I hear, and costs a bit more than the GReddy kit with a FMIC would, and for a little less power. ~$3000 retail for Jackson S/C verses ~$1600 for GReddy turbo kit, plus an additional $700 for FMIC for added power, so about $2400 total for GReddy turbo. Edelbrock turbo kit is around $3200 if I remember right. Jackson says their kit adds about 40% increase in power, so you'll be at around 177hp at the crank.

What are your plans suspension wise?

Spend some money on an Evolution School (http://www.autocross.com/evolution) and you will not need that turbo I know I can carve mountain roads with cars twice my hp
