sr20det internals

Does anyone know any affordable places to get decent internals for a s13 sr20det? Do they make cams that reduce lag and still remain streetable for daily driver,? if so which brand? do they require valve springs/ retainer upgrade.? also any piston/ rod combos at a reasonable price.? any input apprecciated

go here for anything to do with an SR20. Same thing to your other post, how to keep it cool. Big ass radiator and an oil cooler, thats how. FAQ's are your friend.
