Egr Code 32 Problems

94 Gmc K1500 4.3 V6 Keep Haveing Egr Problems I Have Replaced Egr And egr Solenoid . I Have Replaced Map Sensor, Even Cleaned The Intake And It Is Still Displaying Code 32. I Even Reset The Ecm.i Would Appreiate It Thankyou For Ur Consideration, Sincerely Jack

is the vehicle running like it has a cam the size of mount olympus?, have you taken the egr out to clean it and found that it was a little piece of carbon in it?
sounds like the common problem ive seen on several of them.
i dont know what the code 32 means probably that its not functioning properly.duh,
the way i have found to eliminate this problem after having it cleaned at the dealer, then replaced , which was astronomical in cost for those 2 things, have the same thing happen after 1 week of getting a new one. i so i cleaned every time for the next 8 or 10 times it happened until i was about to drive it into the lake.
what i found out was that the back pressure was too great. so i got a flowmaster 50, its a little loud but it hasnt happened since.
im sure there are other high flow exhaust systems that will reduce the back pressure and still be fairly quiet.

i already have an high performance muffler and that does not solve the problem....its already been changed out its a brand new egr valve on there. the manual that i have says that the oxygen sensor can also send off a egr code 32 ...i was wondering if you have ever heard of this or of anybody else having this problem and it being that it was the oxygen sensor. your reply to this would be greatly appreciated .

check the vacuum lines. My Fiero had a Code 32 and the problem was a blocked vacum line.
I could have saved $105 if I checked the lines first.

if all checks good then check calibration update for false code 32

have replaced valve and solenoid , vacum lines are all clear ..vacun is high and steady. i changed o2 sensor,fuel pressure regulator and map sensor. The only thing i have not changed is the idle air control valve and the knock sensor

SUBJECT: DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE 32 WHILE UNDER HEAVY LOAD (INSTALL NEW MEM-CAL)

MODELS: 1994-95 CHEVROLET AND GMC TRUCK C/K, G AND P MODELS WITH 7.4L ENGINE (VIN N - RPO L19)

CONDITION:

SOME OWNERS MAY COMMENT OF A CEL WHILE UNDER A HEAVY LOAD SUCH AS TOWING. THE ECM WILL HAVE A STORED DTC 32.

CAUSE:

UNDER CERTAIN DRIVING CONDITIONS, USUALLY WHILE TOWING, THE EGR IS COMMANDED TO CYCLE OFF AND ON RAPIDLY. THIS CAN CAUSE THE EGR TO APPEAR UNRESPONSIVE TO ECM.

CORRECTION:

THE CALIBRATION HAS BEEN CHANGED TO BECOME MORE ROBUST WITH RESPECT TO THE CONDITIONS CAUSING THE EGR TO RAPIDLY CYCLE. INSTALL THE APPROPRIATE MEM-CAL FROM THE CHARTS BELOW:
