Sleepy eyes/projection lamps

This is a head lamp post. I seen some good looking head lamp jobs on 240s... "sleepy" look, projector lamps, and HID. What bothers me is that the only way I have found to replecate this look is Clearcorners.com. And they charge more than Ive heard people buying 240's for! I have gathered some information such as the lamps used are 90mm hellas and you can get a PIVOT head lamp controller to adjust opening of the lamps. I found one FAQ with some pretty ghetto solutions http://www.240sx.org/faq/articles/headlights_2-3_up.htm
I was wondering myself if you can custom fabricate some mounts for the 90mm hella lamps and just buy the PIVOT controller... and that even leaves you open for the HID upgrade if you want it in the future... only problem is I dont even know where to get 90mm hella lamps. Shoot me some feedback on what you might have already tried.
