newer lincoln rims on older lincoln

any1 know if u can take some of the newer lincoln ls rims and pop em on a older lincoln? i.e. 92 continental???
played around wiht photoshop and they look bad ass on my lil old conti and now that i've got some big bills laying around, wantin 2 turn my lil picture reality.
any 1 ever try something like this? ...im sure alotta ppl have
info and pix would b kewl

it depends if ur suspension would allow it
u need to measure the clearence on the top of the wheel and see if with the new rims and tires if you have enough clearance.
also u need to see if the spokes line up and if it has the same amount of lug nuts in the wheel hub as there are in the new rim
