projector headlights/sedan

okay i have a 4dr, now my question is i know they dont make projector headlights for the 4dr but ive heard that if you swap the old headlight brackets to the new headlights it will fit..is this true or will there be a gap in the hood/bumper/fender? thanks

That will work.

Headlights are the same for the CRX, the sedan, and the hatchback. the only difference is the mounting brackets. The mounting brackets fit just fine, and will bolt right up, but there are differences in the way that the corner lenses attach to the brackets, so that is where you will run into problems if you don't swap the brackets out.

I used the brackets that came with the projectors when I put them in my hatchback (projectors were for a CRX), and I had to modify my corner lenses to fit... pain in the ass, just swap the brackets.

I ordered the Gen3 halo-projectors for mine 90-91 CRX (91 Civic LX Here) and they fit PERFECT, all the brackets were the same. Just take your front bumper off and pop those suckers on. There is about a .25 inch difference in the gap, but they look very nice. Plus I took out the peice of plastic that sits between the deck-lid and front bumper.

Yeah as far as I know it does fit. I think anything b-series is comaptiable with all b-series parts., I always thought the integra type-r came with gsr engine anyways? oh and and the site isn't mine.

This may be a little forward and a tad rude, but I've always wanted to use it...lol...so...
