Do you hear anything when the button is pressed? Does the passenger side window work with the p/s switch?
There is more than 1 fuse - check them all

Could water have contaminated the electonics?
At first it happened with the windows down for like 2 hours i sat there tryin to close em ,then pushing on the door gave it some juice? I managed to put them up and they have been stuck ever since.

Re: Windows wont go down !

Water can make the connections bad
I would guess that it's the relay
