I'm looking for a bike.

Is there anyone that has a bike that needs alot of work? I'm looking to get a bike and build it myself. I don't have alot of money and I want a bike more then anything. I will pick up or make some kind of arrangments to get it. I want to ride but I really don't have alot of cash. If someone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated. If you have a bike that you are willing to get rid of for cheap you can email me at [email protected]. I'm looking for an R6 but pretty much any street bike will do.

Thanks,
Joe

Where can i look?

Where can I look to find a junker bike? Any ideas? I'll take one that crashed. I don't care. If I can get one that has a no panels, no wheels, just like a frame and motor. Or whatever I'll take it.

Re: I'm looking for a bike.

I have an untitled '81 Virago that would make a good project if you are interested. I bought this bike from a storage unit owner who was selling off abandened items. This bike starts but has starter and wiring issues. It is missing panels and various items. I was going to build it as a metric chopper but just don't have the time. You can email me at:
[email protected] If I don't hear from you with in a week I will put this item out on Ebay.
