Question Mazda B2200 Bad Brakes

Hey I got a free 1991 Mazda B2200 truck from my dad and I changed the front disk brakes and pads on it. I also bleed the brakes and now every time I use the brakes it gets soft to the feel, I even have to double pump the pedal in order to get it to stop. Now the anti-lock brake light is on. I don't know whats going on now. What did I do wrong? Can anybody help me out? What to check for and what to double check if I did it right?
