Sirius Satellite Radio

I apologize ahead of time if this has been done before. I just had Sirius installed today after a VERY quick decision to go for it. I went for both the Sirius service as well as a new compatible CD player by Kenwood. I have to say, its mighty impressive- over 100 channels with everything your little heart desires, including 18 FM presets and mp3 capability on the player. I guess I'll do a little pros/cons chart for my take on it, and I'd love to hear everyone else's impression as well:

The Good:
- The sound is AMAZING if you install a compatible CD player/receiver instead of working through the existing FM antenna
- Endless music, talk, comedy, news, sports, etc. with NO COMMERCIALS
- Over 100 stations, you can always find something to listen to
- Increased watts to your amps with a switch from stock CD player to a compatible one- my bass is 100 times better
- Reasonable price- about $13/month

The Bad:
- The antenna is right there on top of your car, in full view- its no secret that you have satellite radio, which thieves will love, I'm sure
- 100 channels seems a little overpowering- there's a lot of stations I'll never listen to, and it can be a bit frustrating trying to find something I like

The Ugly:
- This system cost me a LOT more than I'd bargained for. Yeah, I knew I was getting a $200 CD player (one step up from the cheapest), but the Sirius tuner ($150) came for free because they were running a special at Best Buy. So then we tack on the $50 antenna. Then I had it installed. Lucklily the installation ($55) was free as well because of some special, but they really hit me where it hurts with the cost of extra parts needed for the installation- another $100. Then I had to pay for the first month and activation fee- $17. Basically I got a $600+ system for $400, but MAN did it add up fast.

A word of advice: if you're considering satellite radio, REALLY consider the cost of everything- even if you install it yourself, it will still cost around $400 and involves a lot of rewiring and tampering with window seals. I'm still recovering from the initial wallet shock, but I have a feeling I'll really enjoy it.

Anyone else?
