Angry 94 dodge caravan electrical problem HELP

I am writing on behalf of my father. He has been having problems with the van starting. CLICK CLICK CLICK is what it does but no juice. Finally after much patience it will eventually start. He has replaced the battery, battery terminals, starter relay. while working on it the ground wire was cut- he fixed it and great for 2 weeks, then he hit a bumb and it all started all over again accept worse!!
Also, we don't know if it has anything do with it, but the airbag dashlight won't go off and the back wipers don't work, we have replaced the fuses, however this doesn't seem to help with this problem. To top it all off, when we remove the battery to further investigate the problems the alarm sets off due to the keyless entry. For the life of us we can't seem to figure it all out.
Please help!!! He is going to drive me crazy. My husband said it was a selonoid however my father doesn't think that it would have run with this continous problem. (this has been going on for 3 months)
feel free to email me [email protected]

You either have bad connections at the battery or the ground somewhere. Just because somethings where repaired a little while ago doesn't mean it was done right. You just said that if was good then hit a bump then it started again. It could also be a bad starter. Sometimes they really pull the juice from the battery when they go bad. With that much power being pulled out of the battery, it will cause the car to do funky things.

I will have him check starter. The battery was replaced twice in the las tmonth, both new diehards not cheap. Also replaced the terminals they were really loose. starter wouldn't act up for a few months like this though would it?

It could but if you have replaced batteries like that, I'd check the altinator. Sounds like it is not charging the battery correctly.
