Getting Sponsered??

Hey Guys,

I'm into racing and was just wondering how I can get some sponsers. I am currently driving a Z24 2.4L. I live in the Virginia so there aren't much places to shop at and if there is, they are asking for to much. I'm from Miami,Fl. originally so I know if they are asking for to much. I know of companies like AEM and APC, but would they sponser me. I'm mainly looking for engine parts but will do.

well call around to companies or email explaining that you want to sponsor their products. do NOT say 'i'm doing this to get money and parts for my ride b/c i don't have the money'-they'll just send u home. tell them that u feel they have to best products and that you think everyone should have them, and that by giving u a sponsorship more ppl will see their product, and increase the companies sales-the whole point of sponsorship. be persistant, even if they turn u done, keep emailing them, keep calling. they like persistance. good luck.

well if you've been racing when you ask for sponsorship it might help if you can list your 1/4 mile times... other cars that you've beaten... and so on... this will show that you know how to race and that you are capable of winning... also tell them that you would put their stickers on your car and promote their product wherever you go
