people alot of times think that thier mr2 not only looks like a ferrari but should cost the same too lol. you going to find out people sell mr2s with hella miles on them for upwards of 6k which is rediculous. if your buying an N/A then just make sure the miles arent hella high check the oil for any milky coloring that would show a blown headgasket,run it and check for oil leaks,chekc for coolant leaks from the hoses make sure their not brittle and going bad the usaual really. If your getting a turbo then do all the same except take off the intake for the turbo check for oil coming from the turbo that would show blown oil seals, carfully run your fingers on the blads and check for chipping etc and also check for shaft play by pusing and pulling carfully on the compressor thier might be a little play but to much is a bad thing you'll know if its to much but if it's just a very very very small amount your good to go.for an N/A your looking at around $3500-$6000 for a Turbo its pretty much the same you just may not find as many in the lower portion. good luck I highly suggest this car I love them in everyway except maintenace lol the engine bay is hella small lol.later
