oil pressure problems

I have a 69 camaro that has been rebuilt three years ago and I still cant get this thing to run. The only problem in my way is the oil pressure. I just cant figure it out I have a new oil pump in it and my gagues are correct theyre showing a bit of pressure but it should be squirting oil out but its not. I was told to pull my heads to see if the correct holes were punched out in the gasket kit. Anybody else have any advice?

John

I'd go with an external oil pump. that way you could put a regulator on it
