Prosedure:

-First of all you must remove the orig. paint from the valve cover, you can buy in your local paint store some kind of paint remover -liquid, but wear gloves and protect your self when you'll be puttin' that shit on your valve cover and be removing it off cause that shit burns like hell when it comes on skin !!!
-Then when the color is off, you need to buy at least five types of sand paper if you can buy the one that is water proof they last longer and when it's dirty you just clean it with watter and keep on sandingI myself use this type of sand papers...
Hope that numbers are the same as at your place:
180
250
600
800
1000
1200
Numbers are on the back of sand paper
-When you sand that so much that the surfice is nice and smothe then you just need to polish it you have several polish pastes for that I use two types of them and three diferent types of brushes for it...

That is the prosedure for perfect shiny look...

I hope you'll enjoy doing it

Talking

So today I did my homework
I toke the throttle body and first I sand it inside and widen it for about 1mm maybe little more just the part that goes to the latch or is it hatch the thing that is opening and closing when you touch the gas pedal...
Then I polish it from the inside so I guess that air will flow a lot better on that smoth surface then on stock rough surfice
I know I didn't achieve much but it's something...
So when the intake manifold is so shiny and nice looking I had to do something with throttle body also so I sand it and polish it so it has the same shine as IM...

So here are some bad-shitty photos of it...
I just hate that shitty camera...

I know what are you all thinking....
