Unhappy HELP O2 Sensor!

I've got my explorer up on jack stands right now and i'm trying to replace the passenger side, before cat o2 sensor.. It looks impossible to unplug/plug in. Can anyone offer advise? Do i need to start tearing other parts out? Thanks.

Pete
