No dash lights after radio install?

A friend and I just finished installing a new stereo in my 94 cherokee. When everything was done and put back together the dash lights were dead and the horn is really weak. I haven't had the jeep very long and honestly can't say if the horn was that way before or not. I tried it when I bought it and it was ok, but I noticed that right now you can hit it just right and it works ok. My main concern is the dash lights though. Is there a wire around the radio wire that we may have gotten in to or is it possible that with all the moving and bumping we pulled something loose in the back or finished of a bad switch? My lighter also isn't working, hasn't been since I bought it. I fidgeted with it while we had the front off, could that be related?

Thanks!

Re: No dash lights after radio install?

you should check your fuses. you might have accidentally touched the wrong wires together and blew a fuse.
