I am looking for some advice.
I have a 91 jeep cherokee limited 4.0 HO. i am looking to upgrade the suspension. the old rear suspension is sagging bad. looks like a low rider. looking for something cheap. someone told me to get air shocks and put a helper spring in the leaf set. Also I am going to get new tires in the spring. what size is recommended. looking for something that will fit the factory height, (not planning to lift it)just looking for something beefier. i like the wide look of the tires i have now just want something taller. also i have an intermittent problem with my jeep acting like it wants to stall. it has good fuel pressure and just did a tun up not to long ago, but its still doing it MMM cherrokee doh |

I believe standard Cherokee tires are 30" but I can't be certain offhand.
Also, does it stall more when it's warm, cold or under strain? If it seems temperature related you may be getting an improper air/fuel mixture. Another tell-tale sign is if the engine seems to idle especially high or low when it's warm or cold. -Zen |

temp doesnt matter. it doesnt do it all the time just when it feel like it. getting good air/fuel mixture. i wonder if the cranksensor might be going bad. it almost acts like a car with a crack in the distr cap but thats not it. ive put 3 on since i bought it. if i hold down the gas it will fix its self. when i first bought it, it had a bad injector, but i replaced it. almost seems like the exhaust is clogging up, but i just put a new system on it and took out the cat.
