Unhappy Problems got me baffled

I have recently bought a 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder 2.4L SOHC. The car has 93000 miles on it. Recently i had went to the car and started the car. I thought that the car was in nuetral and took my foot off the clutch to realize that the car was in first. It stalled and would not start again. The engine will rotate(crank)but it will not turn over. We have found that the fuel pump is not recieving any power but if we run a wire from the battery to the fuel pump turns on but the car still does not start. i have changed a couple of relays and don't really know where the asd, fuel pump, and fuel injector relays are but there are two above the fuse box underneath the dash on the driver's side that i have replaced. if anyone can help please my car has not ran in five days because of this. Thank you.
