i hate stupid staff
okay. great place to let out some anger.
i started working at this workshop for the last 3 weeks, and i allready cant stand some people there. Theyre all different nationalities, and communicating with them is like trying to comunicate with a toaster. Theres this guy he's 27, Chech, but hes incredibly stupid. Ive only been doing motor mechanics for the last 4 months plus years of experience ni cars related... but its frustrating having someone leaning over your shoulder and breathing into your ear wile youre working. and watching you and telling you that "i can push the caliper pistons with my fingers" and stupd comments like that it really shits me. Pretty much everyday hes been on my back using my tools and when im tightening for egsample the sump plug, hell grab the end of the spanner, stick his tongue out and really concentrate on tightening the bolt. i have to drop it and let him do it because i jsut cant put up with babies anymore. if i had a sledge hammer id show him how its sposed to be used. across his face. he keeps doing mistakes. there was a crx that was flooded in engine oil, and the spark plugs were basically drenched in it. he pulled them out and started blowing air into the piston holes wile the oil was gong down further and squirting outside. that was 2 weeks ago. the car is still here with real engine damages. and the performance air filter? im not gonan say anything about that. day off work today, lucky.. but tomorrow im back to work with him staring and spitting in places. fowl manner. i want him to leave

You’re going to run into people that irritate you on the job site regardless of where you work (unless you’re a one man shop). If the guy is that big a goofball, he probably won’t last all that long. Just buck up and don’t let him get to your so badly.

Yogs is right. You just have to deal with it.
We had an IT guy at work who acted like he was hot-shot CEO, when in reality he was there to support the key staff. He was spiteful when i first met him because i, the new kid had a more senior position; he made people feel like they were asking for a favour if they needed something from him, talked back to senior employees, not to mention he smelt absolutely disgusting. He once sat at my desk to fix my pc and stunk up the place - Ive changed my chair, no kidding. The point of this story? He got fired. Not for smelling, but for talking back to our executive director. I wish i could say i felt sorry for him, but i was glad. He was an incompetent asshole who didn't fit in, and in the end, these people get what they deserve. Like Yogs says, dont let him get to you.
