how much nitrous are we talking about?

MOST likely, ur stock motor would handle a 50 shot, but w/ the laughing gas, u really never know.

be safe buddy an be sure to post ur results.

50 shot is fine with stock everything, im assuming you have a zex kit, practice launching dont rev to redline and drop the clutch you'll spin to hell as nitrous engages at wot

N2O is Great

OH My god I was so happy with it. But I have a leak in my nitrous line anyway I raced and did not know about leak and it still made my car 5 cars faster. This shit is great when I fix the Line I will be more happy
My kit is a little ghetto I have Compucar all the way up to the Noids then after that my kit turns into NOS for the Fogger Nozzle LOL and my Noids are mounted with Zip Ties but hey it works

I need to know what Shot I have

With Compucar 37 N20 and 26 Fuel is 50 Hp
and also a 44 N20 with 33 Fuel is 90 HP

I have 40 N20 and 28 Fuel

with 1000psi to 900psi in bottle at all times Stock fuel Psi is 35- 40 psi

if you can help me with what shot I have plz let me know

You can't go by the compucar jet chart you need to go by the NOS chart b/c you have thier nossle, and 40N20 and 28 Fuel is kinda hard to say b/c the 40 N20 with a 25 Fuel is good for 65 hp and the 28 Fuel with a 43 N20 is good for 80hp. So seeing how you will be running extremely rich I would estimate it being a 55-60 hp shot because it is not the correct fule to nitrous ratio. But you won't have to worry about it running lean

Yes that is a NOS chart I sent you awhile back. Here is a link to the jets part numbers jets then go to <A href="http://www.summitracing.com/" target=_blank>www.summitracing.com and type in the part number. This is the best way to tell you how to buy them b/c I don't know about shops around your area.

dude, say goodbye to your engine.

Advice:
Launch at 90% throttle then floor it after 3k rpms to spray. I assume you don't have a tachometer (which is something you NEED when spraying) so shift early to prevent tossing a rod into the crowd or something. Nitrous is something only advance drivers should use, it's not a toy for people running 17.7's in a DX. I learned that the hard way, twice, because I'm thick-skulled.

My best time spraying when I had my DX engine was a 14.9 with i/h/e, 255lph fuel pump, ACT clutch, on street tires. That time was with a perfect run, but I averaged 15.2 normally.
