inherited 70 chevelle SS...PLEASE help ID

I just inherited my deceased brothers chevelle. Can someone please help ID it. The VIN is 136370K130239. The things I do know are: 1970 SS 396 (not sure if 350 or 375 hp). Green w/ vinyl top. Is there anyway to find out factory options? The car needs restored and I'm trying to decide if it's worth it.

thanks

i would remove the seats and door panels and look for a build sheet, 1970 vin# doesnt tell if ss of other thing. build sheet will tell also look under gas tank? the market for factory big block is skyhigh, a decent resto on a 70 malibu could bring $10-18,000 for a ss bb car 25-30, hope this helps
