Uploading Pics???? Help!!!

Ok i will delete this as soon as i can upload a picture and post. I believe I am doing everything right, i go to files.automotiveforums.com and upload my pictures then where it says "to share this picture in the message board paste this in" or whatever i do that too and when i go to actually have my pics up all i see are the damned red x's what am i doing wrong if anything???!!! Thanks in advance. PS: dont tell me to read the Faq or something

I had the same problem, I found a way to get around it though.
Instead of copying the text it tells you to, right click on the image and select properties, where it shows you the image location, copy that url instead, paste it to your thread and make sure to put the img tags in place.
I also found it's always better to do a post preview before submitting to make sure the image appears.

Where exactly does it say that you can upload things? When i go to it, it just shows the gallery w/ pics and thats it.

You have to log in, then you will see an upload images button, even if you are logged on here, you have to log on there, or at least I did.
