Question V-spec h22 vs Jdm h22 type s

Is there a difference between these 2???? i know a guy that has a j-spec or jdm h22 engine in his 5th gen and it burns ass. I plan on installing on of these on my 5th gen lude as well. can ne1 tell me which one is better and why and which will be easier to install...... Replies would be greatly appreciated

honda had never made a v-spec anything. that was nissan.

lol yea whats 5spec? and if there is nothing wrong with your current engine then you would be completely wasting a lot of $ to swap in another engine.

j-spec is the same thing as jdm. the type s motor is the same motor that was in the accord euro r. there are just minor differences that's all. if i were you i would just buy a regular h22a and turbocharge it cause its hard to get power out of it if you were to go na.
