Same as Infinity Q45

I have an Infinity Q45 that needs a window regulator. Due to high volume of traffic on this forum more information is available. Are these two cars identical mechanically?? I have a 1994 Q45.....same as a 1994 Maxima?

Infiniti Q45 = V8 RWD Full size luxo sedan
Nissan Max = V6 FWD Mid size sport/family sedan

mechanically incompatible

nothing in the US is, at least for that year Q. nowadays, several vehicles use the 4.5, but it's an entirely different motor.
who knows about a window regulator though, could be shared with a max, not like it really has anything to do with the drivetrain

First off not to be an @$$ or anything but it is INFINITI<with an "I" not a "Y", you have one and you should see how it is spelled everyday you drive it.

INFINITY with the "Y" means there no end

INFINITI with the "I" is the automanufacturer.

Now with that out of the way, it is exactly as Thrasher said there is no comparable vehicle in the Nissan family of vehicles.

This is what makes the Nissan Infiniti Q45 special because it is in a class by itself, however there is the new M45 which uses a scaled down version of the Q's V8 but that is where the similarities end.

not completely true as far as widnow regulators go try checking the part number from some place such as courtesy nissan if u have a repair manual for the q then it might have it fyi the vk45de before 99 or 00 i forget what year was a 4.1L engine not until the enw q's did the actually make it 4.5L which has always mistified me as far as mechanically most Nissan/Infiniti cars share a lot of parts the maxima and J/I series cars a very mechanically identecal and interior wise also as far as the Q goes intero is pratically the same the sets for a q for instance fit in a maxima no problem up to the 00 or 99 how doi know my 95 max se stick has q seats from a 98 that i liked i love my four door sports sedan and just because i was reading and i wanted to get this off my chest any engine code from nissan wit a T means turbo.... someone on the Past Z car forum was spittin out incorrect information a single T is a single turbo and TT is twin, VG = engine series 30 = displacement D= DOHC E= Fuel Injection T=Turbo for any further questions about blocks and there codes refer to fresh alloys site... http://www.freshalloy.com/site/featu...me_codes.shtml
