2001 Civic EX Keyless Remote Reprogram?

I just bought a 2001 Civic EX and it only came with one keyless remote. I know where to get one used, so that's not a problem. I was hoping someone could hook me up with instructions on how to reprogram it because I don't want to pay the dealership an arm and a leg to do something that takes 5 minutes.

Thanks in advance for any help you folks may offer.

JTC
