Polished alloy wheels and tires for 2003 Dodge 3500 Quadcab

I have had trouble finding much selection in the wheel area especially while searching for new wheels and tires for my 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 Quadcab. The stock rims are alloy and size is 17x8. The tires are stock 265/70 17's. I am considering going to 35x12.5 17's on the tires. I have been advised that this is the largest I can go with the truck basically still stock, although it will require the front end leveling kit, which raises the front end 2.5 inches. Anyone have good sources for polished alloy wheels that fit this kind of truck? Also interested in input on wheel size choices and recommendations. Thanks
