Nice lookong Altezza. Especially i liked the metal blue color which you have chosen to the car.

Your fenders widening have also succeeded very well.

Looks nice, but I have a few questions...

1. Why didn't you use the WALD black center Douchet wheels that Aoshima makes?

2. Have you considered a different wing on this car? WALD has an option of a "ducktail" type wing, which I think would look totaly killer on this model.

3. Have you thought about a WALD style twin 35mm tip exhaust? It can be easily scratch built with aluminum tubing...I can help you with it if you want...

Other wise really clean!!!

I had a WALD Mercedes W140 chasis in 1:1 a few years ago, and WALD does make real high quality items!

1. I don'T really loke those wheel.. but I keep them close for an other project..

2. I was considering a GT style wing, but I keep this one since it looked more "street" and I also have an other IS300 with GTWing

3. I didn't even think about the exhaust.

I have a full body and Chasis of Altezza on my desk (part that was crushed and replaced by hlj that i fixed with a lot of time). I need to scratchbuilt some peice like the interior, exhaust, suspention etc.. thot will be my next project.

That looks totally awesome. There is one thing that is kind of bugging me though. The front tires, the tow in is way in there, and the back comes out a bit. It just kind of bugs me a little. Other than that, stunning work.

The paint and bodywork are great for the car, and the interior matches up very well too. But I can't agree with the wheel choice for the car. It looks very out of place, and the way the rear tires bulge past the flares, while the front tires are tucked very far inside the wheel wells, looks somewhat amateurish.

The wheel and tire combo really spoils waht would be a very stellar model, I'm sorry to say.
