Installing Fender Mounted Antenna on 95 Jetta?
I bought a 450mm or 16 inch antenna mast from The Parts Bin online.
My 95 mounts the antenna on the fender. When I got the antenna, it has a 3/8 inch screw on the bottom. It also has a wire wrapped all of the way up the mast. When I tried to install it on my mount, it did not appear to fit. Could the mounts have gone rooftop in 1995 and I've got the wrong "FUBA" EO type mast? Or should I take apart the mount?
