hmmm some weird shit need help please

Ok... i bought my prelude knowing the back speakers were shot what i found out was that the whole right side was shot(like the previous owner had no concept of balance and turned em on full blast) well i got new 6 1/2 for the rear and i found out the right side of the car is like gone. I meen, i turn the fade to the back speakers and the balance to the right so the entire load is on the back right speaker and i can barely hear it... then all i do is roll the balance to the left side and its rockin... why the hell is the right side of my car impaired?

check all the connections from the headunit to that speaker. That's probably all it is, i've had that problem before and all it was was a loose monster cable.

Hmm.. sounds like you might just need to run new speaker wire. But then that means you can use those better, and higher quality gauge wires.

Basically.. plus any wires other than stock are way better. I mean sure its a whooole .000001% difference in performance. But from a student stand point (yea im broke too). Any type of cheap performance in audio is alwayz appreciated.
