I do have to say that with Hockey season underway, the plans will probably take longer to implement now. We have a chance to get stop them from flooding Indiana!

And I thought the reason that 95% of the Canuck population was about 100 miles from our border was that they hated the climate. Now I see that its all part of the master plan. What the hell are shreddies? That sounds suspiciosly disgusting and wholesome.
