Cool Reverse glow gauges, any good?

Hey what's up
I have a 1999 Galant. I just discovered these really cool gauges called Reverse Glow Gauges on the internet. They have a white face and blue numbers and the glow blue and red at night. I wanted to know if they're worth getting. I would also like to know how to put them in.
Thanks
