ebay cold air intake plus K&N filter. goto k&n's website and they have online people to buy from. check a couple them out...they'll charge cost+a small %age.

aem makes a good cold air, but it's pretty expensive. iceman is also good, but plastic instead of aluminum so it will have a different sound, also a little cheaper. if money is an issue then you could make your own. if you get the piping and cut it right then get insulating wrap and wrap the whole pipe you can get good performance results, and just put on a k&n filter.

a cold air intake off of ebay with a k&n filter would do good. as for exhaust get a universal muffler off of ebay and take that to a muffler shop and tell them you want to repipe you exhaust to 2 1/4 inch pipeing from the catback with your new muffler you'll come out to less than half the cost of a catback exhaust from a company.
