97 Grand Voyager intermittent stall

Intermittent stall found to be caused by a cracked crankshaft position sensor. It was installed too deep and had been damaged by the timing sprocket inside the transaxle. The mounting bolt hole is slotted. I set it at minimum depth (max clearance) and the engine runs fine.
Transaxle was rebuilt/repaired a couple of months ago by transmission shop. Have been fighting this intermittent problem for a while.
