Does that come stock on Firebirds, or is that an aftermarket upgrade?

In Africa, they have a huge problem with car theft of high end cars (BMW, Mercedez). They actually have an option that will shoot a flame from under the drive/passenger door if someone tries to break in.
I am soo looking for this!! And I'll eventually get it done!!
